OUR PRODUCTS
We offer over a dozen payment options to ensure you can pay via a method that suits your needs. All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption. Should you return any of your order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.
Customs Fees
International purchases may incur customs charges, which are the customer's responsibility. If customs fees are unpaid and the order is returned to us, the buyer will only be refunded 80% of the order value due to admin fees. Returns will not be accepted based on unpaid customs fees.
Unclaimed or Returned Shipments
If an order is unclaimed or returned due to an incomplete address, we will reach out to the customer. If we do not receive a response within 30 days, we will refund the customer in full. The customer must cover the cost of re-dispatch if the order is returned to us.

Returns
Our Returns Policy
At Digital Vintage Cameras, we professionally test and restore each camera sold. However, given the nature of vintage electrical items, sometimes things can go wrong. We happily accept returns for faulty or damaged items within 30 days of delivery.
Submit a refund or exchange request within 30 days of receiving your order. The item(s) must be in original condition with any original packaging included. Items that appear damaged or altered will be refused. Handle cameras with care as we cannot accept items that have been physically forced or damaged. The item(s) must be returned to us before issuing a refund or exchange. Exchange requests depend on camera availability at the time of return processing.
If you're having difficulties using your camera, please contact us via email for assistance.
We do not accept refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind or not liking your camera
- Not knowing how to use your camera
- Accidental purchases
Cancellation Requests
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us within 6 hours of placing your order. Cancellation requests made after 6 hours will receive store credit only, not a cash refund. Cancelled orders incur a 2.7% + £0.25 charge on their total refund amount (customers from the US will also be charged an additional 2% currency conversion fee).
Organising a Return
If you meet the above requirements, submit a Return Request by emailing us at [your email].
Return Address
We will provide full address details once your return has been authorised. Please do not return any items before requesting a refund via email.
Processing Refunds
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. We'll email you once we've processed your refund. PayPal and Credit Card refunds can take up to 5 business days to clear. Refunds apply to the original purchase price of the items only.
Return Shipping Costs
The cost of returning item(s) for an exchange or refund is not covered or reimbursed by us. The buyer is responsible for ensuring the item(s) are returned in original condition and not lost in the post, so we recommend using recorded delivery.

Cameras sold by Digital Vintage Cameras are pre-owned unless stated otherwise. Our cameras are preloved and may show cosmetic signs of wear. Major signs of use will always be mentioned in the item description.

We guarantee the working condition of all products sold. Each item is carefully tested and serviced by our in-house experts. In the rare event of a fault or defect, the buyer is eligible for a full refund under our 30-day guarantee policy.
